  1. These are really great additions.
How does Lenara interact with the table scene throughout the day?

  2. Actually I think the true Waldorf Season's Tables are not meant to be interacted with. It's rather used to collect seasonal items and cherish them in a special place. I, however, love that the scene changes and we both interact with it. Sometimes I go in the living room in the morning and realize, all root children were put to bed under the big root. Lenara must have done that. Sometimes in turn, I rearrange the scene a little bit, so Lenara gets the idea of a vivid scene. Contrary to the xmas scene (where I wanted the added animals to be a surprise each time), now I make sure Lenara can watch the puppets being made and I ask her to choose colors, flowers etc. She also wished for a root baby. So I made one. I'm trying to somewhat follow the original story. So the brownish children will get their new dresses next. Then they each get a flower to represent. We also started painting little stones today, which will be the bugs and insects, metioned in the book. In Summer we'll add summer flowers and whatever we'll come up with for summer. So far, I'm really happy with how it works and how we both enjoy it and made it part of our daily routine.
